- The Custom Kitchen Trailer ( Meek’s Eats) is in place, Electrical has been hooked up, and water and gas will be hooked up today. Kerry Carper is building the deck, ramps, stairs, etc. We have a menu in place for our Friday opening.
- The temporary wall will be built in the next few days.
- All paperwork has been filed, and we are -running on time- we should be hearing from permitting soon.
