Here are the latest updates:

• Back Stairwell is underway.
• You will notice some of the deck seating areas are closed off.
• The gate to the bathroom will not be available, we will have to go around the Tiki or through the Club.
• Roofing samples are in, decisions will be made next week.
• Sunset Room Storage construction is underway to make room for the new stairwell.
• The Marina Storage area is being cleaned out.
